Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within our return window. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact us within this period to arrange your return.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorisation and shipping instructions
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Ship items back using provided instructions

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Important Notes

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to wigs, hair extensions, and beauty products that have been opened or used. Sale items may have different return policies. Contact us if you have any questions.
